Our team of support professionals can provide on-demand support to anyone with a high speed Internet-connected computer. This method of remote support is secure in that, it has end-to-end 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption ensures that the data exchanged in all GoToAssist sessions is completely secure.
GoToAssist is Web-based remote-support technology that enables us to resolve your technical issues online using a shared screen and allowing us mouse and keyboard control.
To join a GoToAssist Express session, your computer must meet these requirements:
- Windows®XP, Server 2003, Vista or Windows 7
- Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later
- The ability to make direct outgoing TCP connections or availability of an HTTP proxy or a SOCKS server
- A high speed Internet connection, dial-up is not sufficient for remote support
